How do you pick up your race number? Easy, with the confirmation email! Take advantage of this obligatory step to enjoy looking round the exhibitors’ village. It’s ideal for discovering the latest accessories and local products!
Where and when can I obtain my race number?
You are welcome at the Exhibitors’ Village, in the community hall in Millau, Avenue Charles de Gaulle, Parc de la Victoire on:
- Friday 20 May: from 3 pm to 9 pm.
- Saturday 21 May: from 9 am to 10 pm.
Your race number and timekeeping chip will be handed to you in person.
Your race number could be sent by post if you subscribe the option (€10).
Useful advice
You must bring with you:
- your ID,
- your medical certificate and
- the confirmation email.
A Race Number Information point is, however, set up close to the race number pick-up point.
Please note that no race number can be picked up without the medical certificate, a copy of the medical certificate or a copy of your licence.
Please bring your own safety pins to fix the race number in place.
Special cases
- A friend can pick up the race number in your place by supplying your confirmation email, a copy of your ID and your medical certificate (if this has not already been provided or has been refused). He/she must write his/her name on the sign-off sheet.
- A group leader can come alone to the special group race number pick-up point. He/she will also be required to supply the confirmation email.
- Transfer of race numbers: Please note that the regulations forbid the transfer of race numbers. No exchange system will be put in place.
- Original copies of medical certificates: Please note that for technical reasons, it will be impossible to recover the original of your medical certificate. For this reason, photocopies are accepted.
