It is important to be well-prepared, but also to enjoy yourself!
The race programme is given below. Check this page regularly to find out about the activities that will be available for the enjoyment of both the race participants and their supporters.

Finish
The first runners are expected at about 10:15am; the last ones at about 1:30pm. Supporters will be able to cheer on the runners from the stands.
Cut-off times
The total distance of the race is 23.7 km, with an uphill climb of 390 metres.
The maximum time allotted to cover the whole circuit is 4 hours.
Three cut-off times are also stipulated:
- 11:00 am, 1st cut-off time: at the entrance to the motorway rest area, in line with the first refreshment stand (8.3 km)
- 11:50 am, 2nd cut-off time: at the turnaround point on the Viaduct (12.8 km)
- 12:15 am, 3rd cut-off time: at the A75 motorway exit (15.7 km)
They are calculated based on the start time of the last wave.
Runners who are unable to keep within the cut-off times will be taken to Millau in a shuttle bus.
