Some of you must have already put on sneakers to discover the route of the race, and the famous north track which winds upwards under the viaduct.
Form’Event in association with Endurance Shop Millau drew up a training program to prepare you at best, and so reach your objective.
Based on 3 sessions a week with basic basis and of course a specific training program with uphill runnings, it will allow you to appreciate your race.
But let’s not forget the most important : listen to yourself ! Have fun first !
